ANDREA TORRICE
Producer
Andrea Torrice has ten years experience as a public television documentary and educational television producer. Her programs have covered a range of topics including the environment, health, peace studies and cultural issues. She produced programs for PBS affiliate KQED TV in San Francisco and the McNeil/Lehrer NewsHour. Her documentaries have been featured in numerous festivals worldwide, including the Berlin, Mill Valley, Women in the Director's Chair and London International festivals. She was the recipient of a Gold Award from the Corporation for Public broadcasting for her environmental documentary Bad Chemistry. Her documentary Forsaken Cries: the Story of Rwanda won an award at the Rosebud International Human Rights Film Festival. She has also worked with dozens of educational and non-profit community organizations in developing programs.

ROSHINE PUNIAN
Associate Producer
Roshinee Punian has extensive experience as a line producer and production manager for numerous broadcast and commercial productions, as well as production experience in the Pacific Island countries.

DR. CHALAPAN KALUWIN
Script Consultant
Dr. Kaluwin is a leading scientist and policy analyst on climate change and its impacts on the Pacific Islands. His specific expertise is in sea level rise impacts. He is a technical advisor to the Working Groups of the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change that examines the science and impacts of climate change policy responses for the region Dr. Kaluwin is from Papua, New Guinea.

AMELIA NIUMEITOLU
Assistant Editor
Ms. Niumeitolu has worked on several documentaries about the Pacific Islands and was awarded a Pacific Islanders In Communications training grant to work on RISING WATERS.

GARY MERCER
Director of Photography
Gary Mercer is an award-winning cinematographer with thirty years of documentary film making and news experience. He has won three Emmy awards and a regional Edward R. Murrow award along with numerous other awards for his work.

BILL TURNLEY
Director of Photography
Bill Turnley has over 20 years experience as an award winning director of photography for documentary and feature films. He has shot dozens of documentaries for PBS and 60 minutes, as well as for Canadian and European television. He has extensive experience filming in the South Pacific and in Pacific Rim countries.

JOE VICTORIA
Camera Operator and Audio
Joe Victoria has over ten years experience in all phases of video production, specializing in productions in the Pacific Islands.
