Poet-to-Poet brings together many of the important components of my English classes into one project in which all of my students experience success and academic growth. It naturally blends creative writing, peer response and revision, computer technology, and performance. From the engaging and relevant writing prompts, to the collaboration with students in another state, Poet-to-Poet facilitates an exchange that reflects the vibrant energy of the youth spoken word movement as well as the high standards of the most respected teachers.
