"WTC-91101".. I and II by Madelyn I.) The world of the worlds The heart of all hearts The lost of all lost Love Lost in the World of no Hearts The ugly face of war The face of fear The many faces of the dead The families come to an end The terror seen through these eyes I am the six year old looking for mommy I am the elderly man searching for my granddaughter I cant find I am the firefighter bleeding sweat The nurse covered in tears Its my brother lying bear on that floor The mother to be, who cannot breath The man just walking through the halls Who didn't know the walls would fall.... II.) The tears cant stop from flowing My family Buried beneath that rubble Mommy cannot be found Daddy said good-bye then closed his eyes My baby My four year old burned in the dark I cannot see I fall but I cant give up I see a man He's hurt I give him a mask and ask him to run This thick dust my lungs can't work no more I've ran this far To breath much more I see the ambulence lights seeping through this smoke I reach out but they can't see me They find the man i helped But my cry they cannot hear I remember God, as I close my eyes It was meant to be That man is saved So i must go, he's calling. And in the end its all Okay.. My love is reaching out to all my family Remember me Til tomorrow..Good-bye.. Signed me, dear me I worked on the ninety-seventh floor |
