cotton candy machine by zekeil he can't see the light that shines when he opens his eyes to a brighter sunlit day and the curtains are all pulled back windows pushed up he can't see all that's there for him to grab right in front of him. 'cause he's got a blind fold up against his shaved skin that makes him look like he's got a hell of a lot more important things to win- than letting someone in. and maybe one day he'll have the strength to rip off all his rage and dance around all his pages of torn timetables and abacus' 'cause she's dreaming of a better day where we can speak without retreat and yes baby cigarettes will kill you but who doesn't want to die anymore anyway? she kept all your words of sullenness and democracy says this will be the one thing I'll take with me to the grave 'cause chances like that don't just happen they reenact abandonment which he's in. now he's trapped in his own decay and all her dismay and everything she might try to say won't make a landslide of dreams he's had come true. and he's just scared of change and rearranging the way he's used to doing things but everything seems like it's changing now and she doesn't think she can even handle this. he doesn't have his cotton candy machine full of hopes anymore it sold out like everything else in this place. and maybe she'll just go insane so he doesn't have to deal with all the fake bugs she likes to try and infect him with. just like all the rainbows that really aren't there. yea the rainbows that aren't really there. |
