Behind The Scenes

Traveling past everything and everyone

After being everywhere, found out what it all means,

There's nothing left for me here and soon.

Soon I found myself lurking behind the scenes

There's always love of course

It was never true enough

Then that's all, there's nothing worse

How far you go would determine your worth

But once you've been there,

Once you've been behind the scenes,

You'll see what pain really is

Then there's never ending, never ceasing trust

This is the most important of all

This is all that's left after everything.

Then when you're hurt once nothing matters anymore

But once you've been there

Once you've been behind the scenes

You'll see what faith really is

There are faces everywhere

Beyond the shadows of those curtains

They've found life as it truly is,

Life behind the scenes
