Calling From Eternity by Mallory Westhoff Writing slithering twisting curving ribbons in my mind... i'm not crazy. Can u hear it? They're calling. Dark satin touches my skin. Night holds me, covers me. i can't see. i hear them. i hear them, calling me. They're calling my name. Listen... ...listen. Footsteps... are they coming for me? Cold wind rustling dead leaves, i won't hide. i won't run. i won't fear. Wait... death... Quiet agony; pain of living. Wounds. Deep, deeper... no one will ever know, no one will ever see, no one will ever help, no one will ever care, everyone will die. Not me... i will live eternities, Punished... for sins i didn't commit. Deserved pain scars that won't ever be seen. Lived ten-thousand lives, will live ten-thousand more. Agony. Punished... for sins i will commit, deserved pain. Split tears spill onto stained sand. Catch them... they've fallen through my hands. i've seen angels cry. Can u understand what i've felt? They've fallen from my hands... Deserved pain... sins yet undone. Split wounds wide or burn them through. Don't let them collect, half-covered... caught in purgatory. Split me wide, burn me through... ...i hear them, i hear them, they're calling my name... |
