i cut myself,
my arms they bleed,
the pain is a rush,
and i like it.

they ask why,
but they do not know,
the pressures of just school,
of family,
of friends.

i try to stop,
but fail,
in an attempt to save myself,
i almost kill myself.

these scars will remind me,
of my long days past,
and will bring back bad memories,
of pain.
