Old blackwoman give in!
Youre never gonna win. You cant lie to your daughter forever about the beautiful melanin in her skin.
Scold her off of her knees, and bleach her out of the darkness on her chin, pull her out of the sun and have her press her hair...
But the thick rich texture only grows back in.
So she does it again because you claim that it will keep her black husband away from that white
woman who manages the store he works in... But old blackwoman you weave a web of blind deception
because what you really want is for your daughter to attract the white womans white husband.
Thinking that your daughters husband wont notice because she was already light to begin.
You rejoice over the mulatto grandchild who looks nothing like him. Yet you complain about the rift
in the race that you did do your part to help begin.
But the thick rich texture only grows back in...
