EXHALE
by Regina Stone

I open my eyes/
The darkness hold me close/
I do not embrace it/
I am holding my breath
I see no light in the dark/
I begin to call for help/
Is no one there to hear me/
I reach out for someone/
No one is there to pull to the light/
I am scared I am scared of the dark/
Why am I all alone why is there no here/
I cannot breath/
I losing my thoughts/
I must/
I must/
Exhale
