Charleston SC
Victims' Rights Week in Charleston SC will be held April 28-30, 2004 at the Adams Mark Hotel. Governor Sanford will lead a march to the Statehouse on Wednesday beginning at 12:30. Joanna Katz will present a workshop that addresses the short and long term impact of crime on victims and their families following a screening.
