LUCY WINER, Producer, Director, Writer
Award-winning, critically acclaimed director, writer and producer Lucy Winer's previous work has been called "warm, witty and genuinely touching" by the Los Angeles Times, "hilarious" by the Hollywood Reporter and "intriguing, often hair-raising" by the New York Times. Winer served as series producer and program director on the groundbreaking ITVS series POSITIVE: LIFE WITH HIV, which was awarded a Golden Apple at the National Educational Film and Video Festival. Winer's other films include the controversial feature RATE IT X, an ironic critique of sexism in America, GREETINGS FROM WASHINGTON, D.C., which won the Outstanding Film of the Year award at the London Film Festival for its chronicle of the historic lesbian and gay political march on Washington D.C. and SILENT PIONEERS, an Emmy-nominated documentary on lesbian and gay seniors.



KAREN EATON, Producer, Art Director
Karen Eaton is a multi-media graphic designer and artist with 20 years experience. She was the founder and president of Canard Design, Inc. a multi-media design studio in New York. Eaton served as associate producer on RATE IT X and TALES OF AN EXHAUSTED WOMAN, as well as art director on SILENT PIONEERS. She is currently working on a video diary about weight for public television.



SPIRO C. LAMPROS, Editor
Lampros has cut numerous, award-winning documentaries including the Emmy-nominated COMPASSION IN EXILE: THE STORY OF THE 14TH DALAI LAMA; HALVING THE BONES; ROAM SWEET ROAM (ITVS) by Ellen Spiro and several projects for director/producer Christine Choy, such as SHAO LIN: ART OF ZEN, OUT IN SILENCE and NOT A SIMPLE STORY. Lampros has also edited a number of narrative films including the ITVS experimental drama BODY OF CORRESPONDENCE.



FRANCES REID, Cinematographer
Reid shot the Academy Award-winning TIMES OF HARVEY MILK and more recently, the much-acclaimed COMPLAINTS OF A DUTIFUL DAUGHTER. Director of Photography for over twenty documentaries, she was the producer for IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN.



EMILY HUBLEY, Animation Designer
Hubley has made ten independent animated films since 1978. Her company, Hubbub Inc., has produced pieces for Nickelodeon, Lifetime Television and inserts for a number of independent documentaries. She has presented work on numerous occasions at the Museum of Modern Art, New York. Hubley teaches animation at the School of Visual Arts in New York and NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She is VP/Animator at the Hubley Studio, which produces films by her mother, Faith Hubley.



ELLIOT SOKOLOV, Composer
Sokolov has composed scores for a wide variety of film and television productions including the independent feature films BROADWAY DAMAGE and COMEBACK, as well as music for the television series "Nature," "Nova," "National Geographic Explorer," "Sesame Street" and "Intimate Portrait," among others. He has worked on two other documentary features, THE RESTLESS CONSCIENCE and SUZANNE FARRELL: ELUSIVE MUSE, both nominated for Academy Awards. Sokolov also composes for theater and dance.



MARIAN ROTH, Photographer
Roth is an award-winning photographer living in Provincetown, Massachusetts. Her work appears in galleries and exhibitions nationally, including the Leica Gallery in New York City and Light Sources in Boston. She has received acclaim for her innovative "pinhole" photography and underwater nude portraits.
