NICHOLAS QUAMAWAHU


Nicholas Quamawahu #203, a Hopi Indian from Oraibi, Arizona, was considered among those who stood a good chance of winning since he was the winner of the 1927 New York Marathon. He dropped out at Winslow with a sprained ankle.
