- John Valadez (Director)
- marks his directorial debut with PASSIN' IT ON. A 26-year old Chicano and native of Seattle, his heritage has spurred him to turn his attention as a filmmaker to issues of social justice. Valadez is a graduate of New York University's BFA program in Film.

Ken Burns), Coordinating Producer for the Academy Award-winning American Dream (produced and directed by Barbara Kopple) and production coordinator and manager for numerous other documentaries.
- Sam Pollard (Executive Producer)
- co-produced Going Back to
T-Town for The American Experience, and produced two episodes of Eyes on the Prize II. Pollard has also edited many PBS documentaries and feature films, including Ernest Dickerson's Juice and Spike Lee's Mo' Better Blues and Jungle Fever.
- Susanne Rostock (Editor)
- has edited dozens of documentaries, including
two recent documentary features by Michael Apted, Incident at Oglala,
about the case of imprisoned Native American activist Leonard Peltier and
The Long Way Home, about the Russian underground rock musician Boris
Grebenshekov.
